People always say that time never flies faster than when you have children. It’s so true!! My babies are getting so big and it has really hit me this week!
A couple of weeks ago at music class someone asked me how old Colton was. I replied “21 months” and didn’t think another thing about it. It wasn’t until the next day that I looked at the calendar and realized that Colton was going to be 2 years old in exactly one month. How did that happen? Where did the time go? Obviously I had missed a couple of months somewhere. The past two years have gone by in a blink. I find myself completely shocked to actually be planning his birthday party. There are moments when he is such a big boy but he is still my sweet little cuddly baby too.
And if that was shocking enough…Brynn has kindergarten registration next month?! Gulp…it can’t be true! It can not possibly be time for her to start this next chapter in her life. It’s a huge-giant step because it is a step towards independence.
I can’t even talk about his right now…it’s just too much for this Mama to take in today!
