Happy Birthday Emma Cheryl!

Over the weekend we celebrated my niece, Emma's birthday. Because Emma's birthday is on May 5th, it was a fabulous Cinco de Mayo themed bash.  We had a blast eating lots of yummy Mexican food (and of course a few Mexican drinks). 

I can NOT  believe she is two already!  It honestly seems like it was just yesterday that she was born!  Happy Birthday Big Girl!  We love you lots!!
